Dan Frid

As Chief Financial Officer at Cord3, Dan Frid leads financial strategy, governance, and corporate operations to support disciplined growth and long-term value creation. He brings extensive senior leadership experience across biotechnology, technology, financial services, real estate, and media.

Previously, Dan served as CFO of MedMira Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company in Nova Scotia. He has also worked as a fractional CFO and board advisor, partnering with organizations to strengthen performance, scale operations, and navigate strategic transformation.

Dan holds an MBA from Saint Mary’s University and is both a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), combining rigorous financial expertise with strategic business leadership.
